Beating the IRS for 42 Years! (855) 952-1012
What if I owe More Than $10,000, but Less
Than $25,000 in Tax Debt?
With this level of tax debt, you definitely have the attention of the IRS. This is not a level of debt that you can talk your way out of. Honestly, the IRS could care less about how you got here. They just want you to pay up. Now. In this debt category, the IRS is a lot more likely to issue a tax lien. Plus, if you can’t pay off your tax debt in 72 months, you need to fill out a Collection Information Statement, which requires extremely detailed information.
However, a FREE Consultation with the Tax Problem Solver Team can help you find out how to avoid these headaches and more sleepless nights!
Your best bet is to consult with the Tax Problem Solver Team to create a Game Plan for you, a roadmap for the most effective solution to your tax debt.

To the IRS, You’re Guilty Until You’re
Proven Innocent!
And what you say to them will be held against you!
That’s why you need us to help you.
CONSEQUENCE: This is a worrisome level of tax debt. At this level, frankly, the IRS doesn’t fool around. If you don’t file, you’re facing a 5% penalty per month for up to 5 months, plus the accrued interest. That adds up very quickly and makes a bad situation much worse!
The IRS can force you to forfeit your passport. Imagine, you plan a trip outside of the US, you get to the airport, and your passport is confiscated. Or, you’re in a foreign country and US customs seizes your passport.
The IRS does not fool around.
And remember this… not filing tax returns and not paying your tax debt is a Federal Crime!
If you don’t take action today, one thing is for sure: It’s only going to get worse. Unresolved tax debt keeps you on the IRS’s radar.
Bottom line? Your debt will keep growing.

What to Do?
We offer a 3-Phase process to resolve your problem.
Phase I
Step 1: Investigation – The IRS is a government agency. and they only know one language, theirs. Go to IRS.gov, can you interpret everything they’re saying? We can – and we do!
We contact the IRS (back door channels) and order your tax transcripts… It's like reading a bunch of code. This IRS code gives us the exact information they’re using to make their claim against you.
Step 2: Game Plan – Once we thoroughly study your transcripts, we can determine the best option for you to resolve your situation. There are five basic options. The IRS doesn’t want you to know these options. They mostly want to stick you with an endless payment plan that is nearly impossible for most to pay.
We know their tricky tactics, and will fight to get you the best deal.
Note: If you’ve talked to other tax resolution firms and they try to sell you on Offer In Compromise…don’t fall for it. They’re really hard to get approved. Only 25% to 30% of all cases get qualified.
We can show you another resolution that could be a better choice.
That’s why you should choose a firm like ours: we know how to stand up against the IRS and fight for what’s right for you!
Step 3: We Protect You – Before we can request transcripts from the IRS, you have to sign a Power of Attorney. This gives us permission to speak to the IRS on your behalf.
We also tell the IRS that you’ve retained an IRS Tax Attorney, therefore, all communication needs to come to us. All the threat mail, we handle. And if a Revenue Officer is in contact with you, we take over those conversations.
Here’s a fact: What You Say to Them Can Hurt You and Cost you Way More Money! Let professionals like us handle that stuff. We know how to push back.
Phase II: Compliance
If you have back taxes, in most cases there are unfixed tax returns. Before any negotiations can begin, all tax returns must be current. We’ll get those done for you.
You don’t want the IRS doing a tax return for you!
Phase III
Step 1: Resolution – Here’s where we do all the hard work. And this is the part that separates us from all the rest. It’s our 38 plus years of experience.
You’re asking, why does experience matter? It matters a lot, here’s why!
In most scenarios, after you’ve reached the point of surrender, they’ll act like your best friend and offer a payment plan. While we don’t know your situation yet, if you’re in one now, it’s probably choking you financially. Or if you’re thinking about it, don’t do it. Hire us. It’s worth the investment.
We know how to talk to these guys. We know how to get up the ladder and negotiate with IRS personnel who can make critical decisions.
We fight and negotiate like hell. We’re tigers in the ring. You want us fighting for you!
Step 2: Celebrate and Stay Compliant – When we’re done, it’s time to celebrate! And it’s time for you to get a good night's sleep.
And we can also work with you financially to prevent any future tax issues.
